ALL PLAYERS MUST COMPLETE THE REQUIRED INDEMNITY FORM - NOTE THAT MINORS (UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE) REQUIRE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO SIGN THIS FORM. Venue: PE Gardens Function Venue, Draaifontein Road, Port Elizabeth
Time: Gates open 8am, sign in by 9am, games on at 10am (should be finished around 2pm)
Regular Port Elizabeth airsoft player, Kyle Whitfield (aka Woody) has decided to host a day of airsoft games at the popular PE Gardens Wedding Venue. The day will consist of a variety of games in a very bushy environment, filled with a maze of pathways and trails.
The venue does have refreshments and some snacks available on the day.
Chrono and engagement rules for the day:
NO FULL AUTO - THIS IS A SEMI-AUTO FIRING MODE EVENT ONLY.
CQB (5m engagement distance) - up to 1.19 Joules Impact Energy
Assault (10m engagement distance) - 1.20 to 1.49 Joules Impact Energy
DMR (15m engagement distance) - 1.50 to 1.89 Joules Impact Energy
Sniper (20m engagement distance, bolt action rifle only) - 1.90 to 2.29 Joules Impact Energy
The above Joules will be calculated based on the weight of airsoft bb used by the participant.
Any attempt to cheat at the chrono station will result in the player being banned from the day's play as well as possibly from future events.

Booking and payment can be made via this page - numbers are limited for the day so if it says sold out, the event is fully booked and no additional players can be catered for.
Strictly no consumption of alcohol during or in between game time.
By booking for this event on here, participants acknowledge they understand the rules of the game of airsoft, they participate at their own risk and understand that safety is paramount at all times. Failure to abide by the safety rules on the day may result in the participant being asked to pack their bags and leave the game or premises.
No physical fighting, swearing or dangerous behaviour during or between games or in the seating / safe area.
Players understand that the playing area is a natural bush / forest environment - keep an eye out for possible snakes and spiders, no climbing trees, no shooting of any wildlife.
