Airsoft Event by Belgium: 14 September 2025 (Port Elizabeth Only)

Venue: PE Gardens Function Venue, Draaifontein Road, Greenbushes, Port Elizabeth
Time: Gates open 8am, sign in by 9am, games on at 10am (should be finished around 2pm)

Jason van der Westhuyzen (aka Belgium) is hosting a social scenario day of airsoft in Port Elizabeth on Sunday 14 September 2025 at the PE Gardens Function Venue. The day will consist of a variety of mini scenario and skirmish games in a very wooded forest environment.

The venue does have refreshments and some snacks available on the day. There will also be a stand with wors rolls for sale and The Paintball Shop will have a small trade stand with airsoft ammo and essentials for sale on the day.

Chrono and engagement rules for the day:
CQB (5m engagement distance) - up to 1.19 Joules Impact Energy
Assault (10m engagement distance) - 1.20 to 1.49 Joules Impact Energy
DMR (15m engagement distance) - 1.50 to 1.89 Joules Impact Energy
Sniper (20m engagement distance, bolt action rifle only) - 1.90 to 2.29 Joules Impact Energy
The above Joules will be calculated based on the weight of airsoft bb used by the participant.
Any attempt to cheat at the chrono station will result in the player being banned from the day's play as well as possibly from future events.

IMPORTANT:

• No rental kit is available for this event. Players are to have their own airsoft gear, including suitable and safe eye protection.
• Booking and payment can be made via this page - numbers are limited for the day so if it says sold out, the event is fully booked and no additional players can be catered for.
• Strictly no consumption of alcohol during or in between game time. Adults only may purchase drinks at the bar AFTER the day's airsoft games have finished.
• ONCE BOOKED ONLINE HERE, PLAYERS WILL STILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE NECESSARY INDEMNITY AND ATTENDANCE PAPERWORK BEFORE OR ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT - FOR PARTICIPANTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IT IS COMPULSORY FOR A PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO COMPLETE THIS PAPERWORK.
• By booking for this event on here, participants acknowledge they understand the rules of the game of airsoft, they participate at their own risk and understand that safety is paramount at all times. Failure to abide by the safety rules on the day may result in the participant being asked to pack their bags and leave the game or premises.
• No physical fighting, swearing or dangerous behaviour during or between games or in the seating / safe area.
